The Strange Yet Hilarious Bojack Horseman

Nicki recommended that I watch this show a year ago and did I listen?  Sure, but it was never at the front of the line.  But now that we’ve caught up on the other Netflix shows we had in front of us, like Daredevil (AWESOME) and Grace & Frankie (HILARIOUS), it was time to give Bojack Horseman a chance.  Well goddamn…it is time to admit how much I should have been watching this show from the get-go.  It’s hilarious.  It stars Bojack as a fading 90s sitcom star who lives the Hollywood lifestyle still but isn’t really relevant to the biz anymore.  Yes, he’s a Horse-Man, but it’s a world populated with not just humans, but lots of animal people.  It’s insane.  But it’s also stupid funny…and kind of sad too.  Will Arnett and Amy Sedaris (loooooveee her from Strangers With Candy and other things) are some of the starring voices but there’s a ton of cameos from big talent.  We’ve just started Season 1 and there’s a whole 2nd season waiting for us too.  Yay for the duldrums of summer in which all we’ve got to watch is Big Brother and catch up on everything we missed before.  Yay, Netflix!!
