Not sure what you mean by Reverse Babelfish, but there are options in babelfish to translate from foreign languages into English and of course English into foreign languages. And I am fairly certain…but not positive as I once was, that my Mexican friend is doing a double-babelfish reversal (sounds like a triple sow-cow).
My best guess with my limited spanish and not knowing what the question was would be: “Are you sure you don’t need our help on this call?” Or:” Accordng to our mark, are you sure you don’t need help with this call?” But this second one doesn’t make much sense either. Good Luck!

Hi Connie!!! I’m so glad you’re still reading. I think your speculation is correct with the first choice. Did you use Babelfish to go back into Spanish to see what it translated to?
No, I did’t use babelfish. I speak a little spanish and remembered that sometimes nouns and verbs are mixed up when you speak. So sometimes its hard to translate correctly. You have to parapharse, computers can’t really do that. I hope that I helped.

Are you sure he wasn’t inhaling the computer keyboard cleaner(you know those air-in-the-can deals)? I heard that stuff can be pretty bad for one’s health/mind.
